One of the many things about baby boomers that I really like is that when I speak to them, most of them anyway, there is an undercurrent of sass. I sense a wild side that maybe once was, back in the 60’s and 70’s, a way of life instead of today a mysterious undercurrent. Hidden behind office desks and dwindling 401ks, I see a new sparkle behind their eyes and I love fostering that. Whether they get involved with me and my business…doesn’t matter. These people often become my cherished friends. This article from the New York Times written by Brent Bowers expains more of what I see: Early Retirees in New Ventures, Mostly for Fun. I love how baby boomers are spreading their wings, doing what they love, and getting their life back!
